This exclusive experience promises an explosion of flavour, creativity, surprise, beauty and expression in every plate!
Enhance your evening with a selection of exquisite Vegan wines, expertly paired to complement each course. We've also partnered with Hector from ´'The Alchemist Bar' in Torrevieja—a master in his field in transforming ingredients into stunning non-alcoholic beverages—to elevate your tasting journey!

Pricing & Reservations
Heal-thy Tasting Experience: €65 per person.
Pre-payment is necessary to confirm your booking.
Once payment is completed, your reservation is confirmed, binding, and non-refundable.
At time of reservation please state any allergies so that we can ensure you are catered for on the evening.

Vegan Wine Menu: €35
Non-Alcoholic Drinks Menu: €35
Choose your beverage preference at the event.
Payment for drinks will be processed at the event.
Beverage selections are binding and cannot be changed once ordered, as we purchase only pre-ordered items from our vendors.
The Non-Alcoholic Drinks Menu is freshly prepared on the day of the event and is exclusive to tasting nights.
How to Reserve
Use our secure online booking system on this page to reserve your table and pay conveniently by credit card. Click on the event date in the booking system.
Alternatively, you can visit our restaurant in person to reserve and pre-pay.
After you reserved the Heal-thy Tasting Experience and made the pre-payment, we kindly ask you to send us an email stating the preferred beverage menu of choice.
