I simply had to show this beauty…….

In a gastronomic landscape increasingly geared toward fast food and trends, Heal-thy offers a completely different experience, one I’d dare say is haute cuisine.

The place, despite being very close to the promenade, is calm, beautiful, and pleasant in every way. A peaceful space, which is much appreciated given the constant flow of people in Torrevieja. Everything is spotlessly clean, including the bathroom.

The service - very friendly staff, very attentive, it’s a pleasure to see people who genuinely enjoy serving others.

The food - to anyone who says they’re not vegan or that vegan food isn’t for them, I’d say the last thing that defines the food at Heal-thy is that it’s vegan. It’s vegetable bliss, with attention to the smallest detail in every preparation and ingredient, an appreciation for every part of the vegetable with a zero-waste approach, proof that simplicity and subtlety sometimes offer so much more.

Otto and Oliver are artists in their craft, with a deep passion for what they do, and it shows not only in every bite but also in the way their faces light up when they explain what’s behind each dish or their next fermentation project.

We were too focused on enjoying ourselves to take photos, but we ordered the fermented asparagus with crumpets (a must), the okonomiyaki, the dandan noodles, and the Ana potatoes, all presented with great care and highly recommended.

In conclusion - a place you can’t miss, whether you’re vegan or not, if not to enjoy vegetables like you probably never have before, at least to savor and support a project that’s anything but ordinary. Congratulations, guys!

Potentially the best restaurant I've been to.
Everybody working there seems very passionate about it, in my experience especially the chef and waitress. We were allowed to have a talk with the chef about his immaculate dishes and ask questions, who very nicely answered all of them.
The food is insanely good and very reasonably priced for the quality of ingredients and preparation of it. (definitely don't miss out on the desserts!)
The two times we came for dinner, there were only a few other guest groups, which I can only reason with it being a hidden gem and not getting the prominence this place deserves, but at the same time that's why we were able to have nice talks with the waitress, which I really enjoyed.
This might be my reason to come back to spain in the future.

Wish I could give it 10 Stars.
We now have a destination vegan restaurant. No longer do we need to settle for vegan burgers or bowls. We now have some of the finest dining in a beautifully furnished restaurant in the heart of Torrevieja. Hallelujah !!!

We were met by the waiter Bella who is by far the most friendly, professional and knowledgable waiter we have ever met. We were off to a great start.
Bella explained all the dishes, made knowledgable suggestions, asked our opinions and asked the kitchen if unsure of something……. He even made the lemonade himself (excellent).
Each course was made with love and beautifully presented by the knowledgable chef and co owner. The portions are generous. We had 3 courses and left full.
From start to finish we were impressed and we left the restaurant with huge smiles on our faces knowing we had just had an amazing experience, made possible by a smart, young and motivated team at Heal-Thy. We will be back as there are too many dishes we did not have the opportunity to try.
We need restaurants like this to succeed. So pay them a visit. You will not regret it.

Celebrate Birthday

An absolutely amazing restaurant in Torrevieja. This is truly a gastronomic experience – the menu offers unique dishes full of natural flavors. The waitress Kelly was very friendly and helpful, as were the chefs, who you’ll meet and who will explain what each dish contains. I’ll definitely visit the restaurant again soon 🙂

Vegan restaurant for everyone. We’re do you start. Excellent 10 out of 10. We were met by the most amazing staff. The knowledge of vegan food was exceptional.

There was 5 of us who had our meal. All big meat eaters. So never thought of going to a Vegan restaurant. The typical comment before we entered. Well there’s a burger joint there. We can eat there later. But after the meal. Everybody had changed their minds. No Burgers that night.

We plan on visiting again early June. Also our grandaughter is visiting mid June. Definitely be there then. All I will say to every meat eater. Give this beautiful restaurant a try. Don’t think the menu is full of vegan burgers, food that are substitutes for chicken. Check out their menu. You will be surprised. Again thanks for a brilliant night. Best restaurant in Torrevieja

Had an absolutely amazing meal and time at this restaurant. Very friendly staff and chefs, the food was extremely good and the chefs presented it with passion. All for a very low price for the quality and sizeable portions. I would recommend it to all vegans and non-vegans, just a great experience.
